    We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

    Here are some FAQs about the Airsense: 

    1. How good is this mask? How is it different from other N95/KN95 masks?

    The mask is N95 grade, which can effectively filter harmful substances such as PM 2.5 particles, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, chlorine, and various volatile organic compounds. The Airsense is able to remove far more harmful pollutants in the air due to the material used. Additionally, the fan allows for an increase in airflow and doubles as an exhaust valve, making breathing easier and more comfortable. 

     

    2. How long can the mask be used?

    To ensure a good filtering effect, the use time can be adjusted according to personal habits and actual conditions. We recommend using the masks about 5-7 times before replacing them. If the mask is stained or damaged, respiratory resistance increases significantly, or the mask has been worn in high-risk situations, we recommend discarding and replacing the mask immediately.


    3. Why is the fan slow?

    It may be that the battery is nearly exhausted, and the electric fan will indicate the low battery through the rapid change of wind speed.
    It may also be that in a low-temperature environment, the electric fan will automatically lower the speed, when the external temperature rises, the wind speed will automatically rise.

    4. How do I clean it?

    Unfortunately, the mask is not reusable due to the material used to maximize protection. We do not recommend you use the mask more than 5-7 times. Do not wash it with soapy water as that will cause the mask to become ineffective. Before cleaning the fan module, ensure that the fan module is closed and disconnected from the power supply. If you need to clean the fan module, use a soft wet paper towel to wipe the surface. Do not flush the fan module with water.
